We operate a spray-free hydroponic vegetable factory as part of our measures to prevent global warming. In addition to reducing CO2 emissions, this allows us to supply markets with safe high-quality vegetables without being impacted by changes in the weather. Every day in this factory we produce 2,700 heads of frilly lettuce. Each head is 70 g, so that amounts to 74 tons of frilly lettuce per year.
Running the factory also enables us to provide employment for people in the local community.
