Description
We grow Nango Tomatoes between late July and late October as our main summer-fall tomato crop.
As Minami-Aizu is relatively high in terms of altitude, the difference in daytime and nighttime temperatures helps to produce firm tomatoes with a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
We acquired group JGAP certification to protect the 50-year history of Nango Tomatoes in the hope that in time as growers we can extend that to 100-years.
