In January 2017 we acquired JGAP, a certification for farms that are serious about food safety and environmental preservation.
This area has been providing the Imperial family with persimmons for about 70 years. We sell about 6,000 cases each year and our Ampogaki are made by drying Mishirazugaki without the use of sulfur using only hot air, providing you safe dried persimmons.
