We grow shiitake mushrooms on artificial beds all year round inside 11 greenhouses.
Thanks to FFC technology, which maintains a balance between water oxidation and reduction, and strict production control and risk management, our shiitake have a longer-lasting flavor and our clients can buy in confidence.
We ship them in various packages, ranging from small to large trays and bags, to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
In the past our shiitake have won a gold prize at nationwide competitions, and in September 2018 we received Fukushima Prefecture's Agriculture Award.
Our aim is to produce mushrooms that everyone loves, and that bring smiles to people's faces at the dining table.
