We are the one and only Rice Shochu Distillery in Japan using 100% home grown rice.
Founded in 2016, we have created a unique aromatic rice shochu, taking advantage of the quality rice that can only be grown in Fukushima combined with the skills of Fukushima's sake brewing artisans. Our board members are all engaged in farming and manage their own agricultural corporations.
We formed Tadami Rice Branding Council together with the board members, and all six members of the council have acquired JGAP.
We will continue our efforts as a company to improve the quality of our produce and raise awareness of the importance of safe farming environments through JGAP in order to pass on to the next generation this peaceful land of paddy fields.
